Messrs. Amar Syiimir Izzat & Sham (ASIS) is a full-service legal firm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Previously known as Messrs. Amar Izzat & Co. (AIC), ASIS has rapidly evolved to a legal firm that offers a broad spectrum of legal services since its establishment in 2013.

• Acted for a statutory body for claims made by private companies under the Construction Industry and Payment Adjudication Act 2012.

• Acted as a counsel for a private company in an arbitration proceeding against the Government of Malaysia involving a claim of nearly RM30 million.
• Acted for a private company in an arbitration proceeding against a public listed company involving a claim of over RM5 million.
• Acted for a public listed company against an individual involving a claim of over RM1 million.
• Acted for a private company in a winding-up proceeding pursuant to interim payments of over RM1 million.
• Acted for an individual in an employment case against a public listed company before the Industrial Court and obtained an award of over RM300,000.00.
• Acted for a statutory body in a debt recovery proceeding and land dispute.
• Acted for a high profile individual in a dispute in respect of distribution of shares in a private company.
