Muhammad Danish Abdul Rasid had his secondary education at a highly recognised academic institution in Malaysia namely Kolej Yayasan Saad. After 5 years at the institution, he decided to pursue law and graduated from the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with Bachelor of Laws in 2019.
Danish later commenced his journey in the legal practice as a pupil under the tutelage of Hisham Mohamad of Messrs. Ram Reza & Muhammad. He was heavily involved in civil litigation matters during his pupillage and among the notable matters that he was involved in were a multi-million suit against directors of a company and a multi-million suit against a renowned banking institution in the country.
Danish was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in December 2020. In 2021, he joined ASIS and has been actively involved in the areas of civil and criminal litigation. The strong legal background in his family remains one of his inspirations to succeed in the legal field.
